Scan analytics and what we don't collect
Daily counters per product, exportable as CSV. No per-person data, ever.
Every redirect the resolver performs increments a daily counter for that product. The product page shows the last 30 days and a CSV export covers 90.
That is all that exists. We do not store IP addresses, device identifiers, locations, timestamps per scan or anything that could identify a shopper. Linkset requests, errors and unknown GTINs are not counted. This is deliberate: e-label pages must carry no tracking under EU rules, and we apply the same standard to every scan.
