Deleting your account (and what happens to printed codes)
30-day grace, then permanent erasure; QR codes for erased companies stop resolving.
Account → Delete account: confirm with your password and by typing DELETE MY ACCOUNT. Nothing happens for 30 days — your account stays fully usable and you can cancel from the same page. After that, erasure runs automatically:
- Your login identity, password, 2FA and sessions are destroyed and the account is anonymised.
- Companies where you were the only owner are erased with you: products are deleted and their resolver records removed, so printed QR codes stop resolving. Add another owner first if the company should survive.
- Invoices and payment records are kept for the legally required period, without your personal details, together with a minimal erasure receipt.
You can download everything we hold as JSON at any time before that.
