Plans, renewals and what happens if you stop paying

Plans differ by how many products a workspace can hold — see Pricing for current limits and prices. Paid plans are billed monthly in ZAR through Paystack and renew automatically; you can update your card or cancel from Billing. Cancelling keeps the plan until the end of the paid period.

If a payment fails or the plan ends

You keep your features for a 3-day grace period after the period ends (we email you before and when it happens). After that the workspace moves to the Free plan: you can't add products beyond the Free limit, but every existing product and QR code keeps resolving. We never break printed packaging over billing.

Every successful payment produces a numbered invoice, emailed and available under Billing → Invoices.
