Creating your account and verifying your email
Sign up with your work email and company name; verify the address to unlock everything.
Go to Start free, enter your email, a password of at least 10 characters and your company name, and accept the Terms and Privacy Policy. Your company becomes a workspace and you are its owner.
We email a verification link (valid 48 hours). Until you open it a reminder shows at the top of the dashboard; you can resend it from Account. Verification is required before your products go live on the resolver — it proves the address that will receive security and billing notices actually reaches you.
Trouble logging in?
- Five wrong passwords in a row lock the account for 15 minutes (you'll get an email). Use Forgot password meanwhile — a reset clears the lock.
- If two-factor authentication is on, you'll be asked for a 6-digit code after your password, or one of your backup codes.
